Executive Assessments
For clients that are interested in assessment as part of their focus in developing and coaching their leader, MCG Partners provides a customized executive assessment which is typically broken down into the following:
Data Review
We review existing data (360 Assessment, Leadership Competencies, Job Description, Performance Reviews) to develop a comprehensive understanding of the executive. We look for potential patterns of performance, development, and leadership behavior, as well as strengths, blind spots, gaps and derailers.
Stakeholder 360 Interviews
We identify and interview key stakeholders for input on their direct experiences observing the leader’s leadership competencies.
Assessment
We have several world-class validated assessment tools available to assess the executive, of which a MCG Partners Consultant will be experienced and certified in.
Reporting
An executive summary report is prepared integrating 360 stakeholder interviews, assessments, and other relevant data. The report will highlight key themes, coaching opportunities and potential derailers.
Feedback Session/Debrief
A feedback session/debrief is then provided between the participant and MCG Partners Consultant to provide the participant the opportunity to ask questions and offer their own insights. During the session assessment results & reports, candidate strengths, opportunities for growth, areas of concern and potential developmental targets, will be discussed.
Development Plan
A development plan can be created synthesizing the above data and conclusions, into a comprehensive overview of recommendations for the leader.
