Chuck Mollor - Managing Partner

Chuck Mollor is the founding and managing Partner of MCG Partners, a premier provider of leadership, talent, sales and organizational effectiveness solutions and Chamber of Commerce winner of “Entrepreneur of the Year”. For over 25 years Chuck has advised and consulted regional, national and international executives and organizations across industries, start-ups to Fortune 500, and not-for-profits.

Chuck is an executive coach and strategic consultant specializing in coaching executives and leadership teams, and aligning strategy, leadership and organizations to achieve business objectives. He has focused on areas such as leadership development, leadership team alignment, creating a leadership culture, creating a sales culture, sales effectiveness, change management, performance management, mergers and acquisitions, employee engagement, strategic planning, and developing a culture of accountability.

Chuck has been a C-level executive and has played key roles in building businesses, restructuring organizations through mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations, and increasing sales and profitability. His hands-on experience in executive management provides clients with a unique perspective and strategic vision to develop strong leaders and build effective organizations.

Having been on several executive teams, he has had general management and P&L responsibilities and has led strategy, sales, marketing, product development, operations, and a global partnership of more than 100 consulting firms in 33 countries.

Chuck has written articles and has been a panelist, presenter and speaker at numerous conferences, workshops, and seminars. He is a regular contributor to Wall Street Satellite Radio, the International Herald Tribune, the Boston Globe, and Chief Learning Officer Magazine.

Chuck is a graduate of Executive Programs at The Harvard Business School and The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He has a BA in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration from Merrimack College. He is a certified Executive Coach from Lore International Institute (a Korn/Ferry Company) and Coaching University, and is certified in a number of behavioral, 360 and engagement assessments and surveys.

Chuck is the Chairman of the Board for the Arts and Business Council and serves on several other boards. He is a Cranberry Grower-Owner of Ocean Spray, and is a member of the CEO Club of Boston, International Coaching Federation, The Harvard Club and LeBaron Hills Country Club. He is a fundraiser and rider for the Pan Mass Challenge, a 192 mile bike ride for the fight against cancer. Chuck lives near Boston with his wife, three daughters, one son, and three dogs.

Adrienne Kravitz - Partner

Adrienne is the Chief Operations Officer of MCG Partners.

Previously, Adrienne spent seven years as Vice President of Client Services for the world’s largest organizational consulting firm. She worked with small to Fortune 50 companies and was the Account Executive for two of the company’s top 50 clients worldwide. Beforehand, Adrienne was the Director of Resident Services for a retirement community with over six hundred residents. She managed a staff and was responsible for all internal marketing and activities to drive sales. She has worked in the construction field as a manager for two general contracting firms and has over eighteen years of real estate sales and development experience.

Adrienne is involved in the ownership, management and growth strategy for over 130 acres of cranberry bogs in Southeastern, Massachusetts. Her family’s farm crop is sold across a variety of wholesale channels including a line of value-added products.

Adrienne is on the Board for SEMAP (Southeastern Massachusetts Agricultural Partnership). SEMAP is dedicated to preserving and expanding access to local food and sustainable farming through research and education. She is involved with the Cape Cod Cranberry Growers Association and is active on its Government Affairs Committee. She is on the Board of Incoporators for Mechanics Cooperative Bank’s Holding Company. Adrienne was the founding chairperson of the Bridgewater State University's Center for Entrepreneurship Studies. Most recently, she has been working with The Solution from the Land Dialogue (SFL). The SFL initiative is exploring the development of integrated sustainable solutions to the challenges of climate change, food security, economic development and biodiversity conservation.

Adrienne was selected as the 2010 Eisenhower Agricultural Fellow and traveled to South America to expand agricultural business relationships while observing sustainability practices. In 2011, she received the McCabe Fellow award for public spirited business person. She has held a federal appointment to serve on the Massachusetts State Committee for the USDA's Farm Services Agency (FSA) since 2007. FSA provides all farmers with agricultural programs and is dedicated to achieving an economically and environmentally sound future for American Agriculture.

Adrienne is also involved with the following organizations and participated in the following trainings:

Cheryl Jacobs is Vice President for MCG Partners, a premier provider of leadership, talent, sales and organizational effectiveness solutions.

Cheryl develops and delivers customized training & development programs, and oversees client services and marketing for the firm. Her success is a result of understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that address those requirements. Cheryl is dedicated to helping leaders and organizations to achieve their potential. She leverages her extensive business background to assist our clients in achieving higher levels of performance.

Cheryl brings over 15 years experience in sales and marketing, strategic planning, and executive coaching. Previously, Cheryl was the founder of Talent Transformation, a coaching, training and talent management consulting firm. Beforehand, she was the Executive Director of Sales for The Providence Journal Company, a multimedia organization owned by Belo Corporation. Here, Cheryl oversaw a sales and marketing staff of 60 and drove strategies, revenue, and multimedia product development for a $50m budget. Prior to the Providence Journal, Cheryl spent 10 years in Sales and Strategic Planning at Boston.com and The Boston Globe.

Cheryl holds a BA from Boston College, an MBA from Suffolk University and is a member of Suffolk's Executive MBA Alumni Board. In addition, Cheryl is a certified Executive Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is a certified Analyst in the Predictive Index® (PI®).

Gordon Harris - Consultant

Gordon is a seasoned and versatile professional with over 15 years of human resources, marketing and management experience. He is experienced in retail, manufacturing, healthcare, construction, financial services, entertainment, food and beverage, gaming and guest services for companies ranging from 12 to 12,000 employees.

He has served as Director of Workforce Development for the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe,and Director of Employment and Manager of Diversity and Indian Preference for Foxwoods Resort & Casino, one of the largest gaming facilities in the world.

Most recently Gordon was the Vice President of Global Diversity at Sovereign Bank, one of the largest banks in New England. He was responsible for the company’s overall diversity strategy which included workforce development, retention, training, minority and women owned vendor development, ethnic marketing and advertising. Previously, he was the regional Vice President of Human Resources at Sovereign Bank, managing human resource activities throughout the northeast – recruitment, employee relations, training and benefits. He successfully managed the integration of 7,000 employees through mergers and acquisitions, and managed a staff of 10.

Gordon has been quoted in trade and business publications on the issue of diversity, and has been a key note speaker at symposiums on the subject of diversity.

Gordon was educated in Europe until the age of sixteen. He attended Salem State College and Boston University, is certified in the Predictive Index® (PI), and is fluent in French and Dutch. Gordon is a registered member of the federally recognized Mashpee Wampanoag tribe.

Thaddeus Ward -Consultant

Thaddeus has worked on leadership, organizational development and strategy initiatives for companies in a variety of industries. He dedicates most of his time to helping senior teams through significant shifts in strategy or organizational culture, including integrating existing teams, incorporating new members, and driving new strategic initiatives. He has experience designing industry-specific behavioral simulations for large companies and has worked with a number of companies on integration projects.

Previously, Thaddeus was a Senior Consultant for the world's largest organizational consulting firm. Beforehand, Thaddeus was a Principal Consultant at MOHR Development, a premium sales consulting and training firm, when it was acquired by Siebel Systems. While at Siebel, he was responsible for leading teams to enhance the value of Siebel’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales Force Automation (SFA) software. As a result of his background Thaddeus, has developed a focus on the needs of IT professionals.

Thaddeus’s fluency in Spanish has enabled him to work extensively in South America and Spain, and adds another dimension to his expertise. He is accustomed to performing work in Spanish and with mixed groups of English and Spanish speakers.

Thaddeus earned his BA in Comparative Religions at Williams College and is certified in Hogan Assessment Instruments, Coaching for High Performance, and SMI² Behavioral Simulation Leader.

Todd Harris - Director of Research PI Worldwide

Todd Harris has served as the Director of Research at PI Worldwide since 2002. Dr. Harris advises clients on the creation and deployment of enterprise-wide talent management strategies, and is responsible for ensuring the scientific and technical rigor of all PI Worldwide toolsets.

Dr. Harris has 15 years of experience in modeling, survey research and measurement in the areas of leadership, personality assessment and talent management. Prior to joining PI Worldwide, he worked with Fortune 100 companies as a senior consultant at CLG, a consulting management firm. He also led efforts in customer satisfaction research and measurement at IBM, and designed and delivered occupational health and safety consulting interventions at Liberty Mutual Insurance Group. He is also an adjunct professor of organizational psychology at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, where he has taught since 1995.

Dr. Harris’ work has been published in over 40 different books and academic and trade journals and presented at international scientific conferences. He also writes a column about leadership, succession planning, entrepreneurship and creativity for the National Post.

Todd Harris holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Connecticut, where his research focused on the areas of performance appraisal and work team effectiveness. He is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), the American Society for Training &Development (ASTD), and the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP).
